The turnaround time varies depending on the size of your order. We will monitor your event date and do our best to ensure it arrives before your event date. Please make sure to enter your event date when you add the product to cart.

Yes. A digital proof is sent for approval before printing. Production will only begin once you’ve approved the design.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns as each item is personalised and made to order.

Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Please contact us before ordering if you need your boxes urgently. If your event is less than 2 weeks away, there is a rush order fee of $50.
